Mentored an MSDS capstone research team (Yijun Chen, Zihao Zhao, Yixuan Luo) on LLM-based job recommendation and efficient reasoning. I guided the team through research direction, method design, experiments, and paper writing.

The collaboration contributed to Tandem: Riding Together with Large and Small Language Models for Efficient Reasoning (ACL 2026 Findings).
